Our 50/50 blend tortillas bring together the strength of corn and the softness of flour in a balanced, everyday tortilla. Made with equal parts corn masa and wheat harina, they carry the earthy depth of corn while offering the flexibility and ease of a flour tortilla.
This blend creates a tortilla that is more pliable than traditional corn, less prone to cracking, and easier to fold and wrap. At the same time, it still holds onto the flavor and character of corn that makes it feel rooted and satisfying.
